    You can approach Quebec premier as well. If the complain is coming from more than 1 applicant then it may have greater impact.

    From my past experience with MIDI, they will take time to give information. Before going to Ombudsman, i filed complain with MIDI complain commissioner and for them as well it took a month to revert back. So i am assuming same thing will happen with Ombudsman as well. I just want to know how...

    Inland applicant Orginial CSQ- Sept,2016 Federal PR application- Dec,2016 Added spouse to the Federal application- Jan 2017 Applied for spouse CSQ- March 2017 I am waiting for spouse CSQ for a year and my pr application is getting delayed because of this.
