How long it takes for the notes? Or should i call them again ? So confused. My friends applied from same company after two months i applied under same cec. They got their ppr request last week.

August 18 Aor 8 dec 2015 Upfront medical and rprf fee. Nothing after that. No contact from cic. Called cic last week and the lady told me i am in second review. My file was pulled on feb 5th 2016. Told me to wait wait and wait. Dont know what to do.
