Even if the baby was born in Alberta I have to go to Toronto to apply for the birth certificate and emergency passport ?? What I know is that the birth certificate should be issued from the same city where the baby was born Is that true ?

so I cant apply for the emergency passport till I get the birth certificate ?? How long will the birth certificate to be issued ?? and how long the emergency passport take to be issued ?? I want to know how long the hole thing will take Thanks

Hi everybody, If a baby was born in Canada and the parents is on a visitor visa, how much time it needs for them to get the passport & the certificate of birth ??? I heard it takes around three months !!! And if thats true is there any way the baby can leave canada if the parents cant wait...
