Does anyone know how to find LMIA approval type from the LMIA approval letter i.e. Work Permit LMIA OR Dual intent LMIA (WP + PR) ? I do not see anything specifically mentioned in the LMIA approval regarding its type.

Hello Prashanthbv, I have received my LMIA approval (Skill type A) which mentions permanent job offer and 1000$ as fees paid. but, nowhere it mentions the LMIA type i.e. Only WP or Dual(WP+PR). In your case, Does your LMIA approval specifically mentions that it is dual. Otherwise, How to know...
