Because of CIC problems I wasted one year and half on my life, before starting school they were on strike and Ihad to start 4-5 months later, then now I applied for the PGWP and like you I m waiting all this time, it's just ridiculous

In my opinion, after they send the notification doesn't change anything since they keep processing application without any criteria. Maybe it helps in case the application is somehow lost
