Congrats to all ones who received PPRs in recent weeks! Send the passports and party hard right afterwards. Nothing here yet. BG went In Progress on June 18th.

On the forum most of the people seem to get the PPR within a day or two after BC status changes to in progress. Not sure what causes the discrepencies. Also does anyone know what is the likelihood of getting rejected after BC goes into in progress?

My BG status changed to IP on the 18th and still havent got the PPR yet. I'm a CEC inland applicant. I wonder if that makes any difference.

mrazzak, thanks for your response. I know November 24th is the cut off date for travelling with a hand written passport. Now suppose I get ITA on Oct 30th, do you think it's a good idea to send the application with the scanned copy of my hand written passport and then get the MRP afterwards...
