Hi! You should call CIC about your case. That happened to my friend too. Her ECAS showed DM but no PPR email. She called CIC and she found out that her visa was ready a month ago. So she called CIC and the send the ppr email to her but she has only 6 weeks left to exit.

hi! That's my case too. Received medical request Sept. 10, paid RPRF Sept. 14, medical's done Sept. 15. But still, my Ecas shows, "we sent you medical instructions on Sept. 10 ................ Also, I coulnd't access my ECAS using my receipt number...
