For me , I never saw NA in my profile.. It was "We are processing your application" till 11-Sep then on 12-Sep it changed to "We are processing your background check" and very next day I got PPR.

Hello, Medical was updated on 4th Aug. Since then it was showing "We are processing your application, we will send you message when we start your BG check" but today it changed to "We are processing your background check"

We have submitted under CEC on 25th May, still no updates . but one of my friend applied in June under FSW-Inland, and he already got medical passed. I noticed they are processing FSW cases faster than CEC.
