Can I take upfront medical for paper-based application?

Should I apply online or paper based? This time I was thinking to apply online, since my previous application was paper-based and it got much delayed due to the reason which I am not aware of. Is it possible to take upfront medical for paper based application?

Send them an email at islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca with all your application details along with the deferral letter. I would suggest all those who have deferred there admission to Jan intake to submit deferral letter by yourself instead of waiting for the CHC long delayed request.
