yes i am from India and i have no idea about what i am going to do weather i am going to apply in SPP or study permit. if i don't apply under spp category still i need to submit IELTS RESULT? and what if i add my current result as below listening 6 band reading 5.5 band writing 5 band...

but as per my knowledge IELTS is not required by CIC. its the college and university which requires IELTS score for the admission purpose, and one more thing i have a letter from my college that i have completed my studies in English medium. still i need to submit IELTS result?????

yes you should go on try again buddy i also came in Canada as a dependent. they rejected me 3 times and guess what?// a applied 4th time and i got visa...... try and try nothing is impossible.... :)
