When I fill in a form of WES online, it gives an option to fill in my credentials only. My wife needs to create a separate WES account and get a separate WES reference number? If we have 2 WES reference numbers, will we have issues while filling in the express entry profile? Please help.

My wife has done A-levels & I am not sure which institute/board in Pakistan is going to attest her documents. Can you help in telling me the name of the institute/board? Thanks :)
