Today I finally received my PPR, after more than 5 months of waiting (since I did my medicals). This is such a relief, especially since my Canadian visa expires in less then a year. I wish all of you who still waiting for PPR to get it soon!

It's been 5 months now since I did my medicals and no PPR still. I'm Ukrainian, but my application is being processed in the Ottawa's office, since I work in the Canada at the moment.

My sincere congratulations to everyone getting PPR! Hopefully I'll get mine, sooner or later.

Yeah, my VO is Ottawa and I completely agree with you. It seems like they just completely stopped processing anything but refugees.

I applied for both, but my CEC application was rejected with comment "cap already full", even though when I submitted it cap wasn't full.

No, I only have 2 lines in my travel history. My case should be one of the simplest possible cases: almost no travel/personal history, single, no brothers/sisters/dependents, already working in Canada for the past 2 years. I honestly have absolutely no idea why does it take soooooo long.

I'm also waiting for PPR from Ottawa VO. It's already been 4+ month since I submitted my medicals. Stress from waiting is just insane.

Today finally the magical line "Medical results have been received." appeared in my application status! I did my medicals on July 28th, so it's been a loooong time. Hoping to get passport request soon.

I have almost exactly the same situation. I did my medicals on July 28 and no PR still. Even no 'medical results have been received' in ecas. I wrote an e-mail to CIC and they responded that received my medical results and my application is 'processed'. I know most people get passport request...
