Brother u r saying that ur sister got low overall bands in IELTS, 5.5 as have written. But i just want to say that if ur sister got L-6, S-6, W-5.5, R-5.5 then how it becomes overall 5.5???? It should definately be 6 bands overall not 5.5!!!! First check ur sister IELTS TRF again n then again...
