Our PR journey ended.. Got my wife's card too yesterday. Timeline: Landed on Oct 17th Got mine on Feb 3rd Photo request for my wife on Feb 5th Sent photos by normal Canada Post on Feb 6th Got card on March 16th Good luck to everyone!

Two weeks back I applied for my wife, got the passport back on 7th working day from Bangalore consulate. At the time of applying at VFS Hyderabad, they mentioned it would take minimum of 10 working days.

I got my card this evening, no news on my wife's card. Landed on Oct 17th at Vancouver airport.

Called CIC yesterday. They said my card will be ready by Feb 15th. Last week they said it will be ready by Feb 20th. Landed on 17th Oct. Does anyone applied for travel document in India recently? Want to know approximate time to get it?

Just called CIC, he checked file with my UCI number and told that as far as he can see on the file, cards will be ready by Feb 20th. Then 4 to 6 weeks of shipping time...

Landed on Oct 17th. Called CIC yesterday, application is in process. Simply says it may take 2 to 3 weeks...

I too landed on Oct 17th. For last one month or so, I can not access ecas with any of the numbers.

1. have you committed any crime or any of your family members? 2. anytime canada asked to leave the country or rejected entry? 3. Any children not coming with us? Then asked communication address. After few minutes, asked to sign the papers, handed over our copies to us and said we are good to go!

I received COPR and passports yesterday. It took around 4 months starting from Express entry profile creation around May 21st. Big relief. Good luck to all!

Passport return tracker activated today. Passports reached Ottawa on 14th.

Passports received CPC Ottawa on 14th Sept. Just now MyCIC status changed to approved. Return tracker not updated yet. Any idea what is the usual time for return tracker activation after approved status?

We can say one or two weeks, but it depends. Some are getting PPR in a day or two, some are waiting for few weeks too.

Yes, it has to be renewed before sending. Check PPR letter again, it states that passport has to be valid for 6 months - "Passports must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages"
