straight after I saw ''updated' on my appl. and I click on it to check(there was nothing new) my app come back to submitted and then 3 days after I got e-mail and DM in Ecas

I got e-mail 3 days after my app was updated. It' normal wit cic ;-)

E-mail about update first then DM...and then long wait;-) in stress!!! check your e-mail every day ECAS is updating info not only on Tuesdays- I got my DM on Thursday!

for WP you will have to wait 90-120 days BUT if u will apply 30 days before your visa will expire(open work permit) or even 1 day before yur visa will expire (extension current visa if under LMIA) till they will make decision you can work even if ypur current visa expiered. I will wait another...

you can apply for extension of current visa. Or open work permit, bridging visa as a candidate for PR. But why u think to apply for open WP now?. If everything will go well you will get your PR faster then 3 moth's ! I will wait for another 2 months to see what gonna happen. I have WP till...
