I got RQ before the test. I looks like that RQ is not an affecting factor as you did not get it and still waiting. I wonder why the waiting time varies too much for each person?

It is really disappointing :( as you got decision made status sooner then me and still waiting... Some other applicants got the oath letter right after 8 weeks after the test. May th reason is I got questionnaire. Did you get questionnaire as well?
