July 14th, and i suppose it is why I got IP a week later on July 21st. Typically, most Oct 31st applicant got IP on the same day, while some others like me received additional docs requirement. According to this post I guess most July 14th IP applicants got DM. Now just wonder how long it takes...

Hi, Oct. 31st applicant, I received additional doc request for RCMP certificate and schedule A, submitted the same day being asked on July 14th. ECAS today became DM. I see lots of DM today, mostly Oct 31 applicants.
