Don't worry. I just looked on the CIC website, I'm assuming you applied online, which current processing times are 146 days and it says they're working on applications received on May 8th. Only when it's been past the processing times is when you should worry.

I assumed because it says on the CIC website to apply AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR that it was okay to file before 30 days, almost that it was recommended. I guess not?
