followup question: nag submit din ba kayo ng copy ng highschool(secondary) diploma at TOR?

OMG :o I believe most of us made our spouse witness and also regarding page 3 of form 002, we didn't put up any information for spouse. I'm about to submit my full application, would it be advisable to change my witness and also fill up page 3 of form 002 for my spouse? :-X

i see mukhang mas tama yung guess mo, the last 3 digits is the sequence number. also please edit your post and change EOI# to "201516N" to protect your details. anyway in my case, my EOI# last 3 digits is 17N, nagkataon lang siguro na "17" and july 17 yung 2nd to the last submission ko. :-X...
