I have submitted my passport through ARAMEX on 8th of June 2016 to ADVO and no news so far. A friend of mine submitted them inside UAE through VFS on the 9th of June and have received them back last week. It seems VFS is quick some how.

I am using th eservices of Ak Canada. good thing about them is they only charge you 25% of the fee for creating your express entry profile. Rest of the payment is made after you receive an Invitation to Apply and later stages. Best of luck.
