I had no control over getting NOI...I think all you have to do is make sure you have your profile active and have selected Ontario when opening the EE profile. I think you should give Ontarion Immigration a few days...be patient.

You mean residing in Ontario?? If that's what you are asking then, YES, I am currently living in Ontario and got an NOI. Check my info.
