The processing time estimate listed on SINP website, does that include holidays and weekends? Or do we need to exclude that from the count? In other words when they say 90 days, we don't count Saturday/Sundays and national holidays?

I don't think so! SK website clearly states EE Application quota to be 1000. I think 775 is the increase across the board. Meaning for all nomination programs not just EE. Also wouldn't they say "Refused" if they didn't want you to submit missing documents, and instead reapply next year...

Perhaps they are going by number of points? Those applicants that you mentioned on June 15, 18 and 22nd what scores did they report? Also beyond the status change did they report any feedback from SINP? Thanks
