MPNP - EOI-SW. Factor 6: Risk Assessment It says -100 points for "Close relative in another province and no close relative in Manitoba" I don't have any relatives in Canada at all. Not in another province and also in Manitoba as well. Do I get -100 penalty points in this case? I'm so confused..
