Does ARC fall in the normal processing time as well? Has anyone emailed cic and got any good info. We are over the 12 months wait emailed them and they said they will let us know when they finalize our apllication or if they need more information.

I just noticed that Vienna wait time has changed from 17months to 12 :) Mine has already been 12months as of June 1st. I guess now I can email them again

Do the Visa offices reply to emails sent by sponsors or only the applicant? I sent and 2 months no reply yet my husband always receives a response...does this mean they filter emails?

Go to your local Settlement and newcommers office some areas have them i used one in hamilton ontario they help fill it out for free i belive just google it and see whats available for newcommers to canada and you just need your SIN card
