Hi all, Does anyone know how long the temporary resident visa application and mailing is taking right now? The website is updated and it's longer than before again. I am leaving Canada soon, so I am really hoping that it is less than what the website currently says.

My application status is updated an approved today. :) I applied on May 22nd in Alberta, and it is approved on August 4th without notification email. Does any one know how long the visa renewal application takes now? The website is not updated, and it also doesn't say how long the mailing time...

Hi all, I need to estimate how long it takes to have a visa ready in my passport. After someone applies for a Student TRV extension within Canada and it is approved, how long does it take to receive the passport after mailing it to CIC?

Thanks. They have just updated the processing time (it says 57 days now). So this is my new problem! It's past processing time and I still haven't heard back. I called them, and they said you'll hear back by a month... As in one month is no big deal...:(
