Same here. It should have been delivered to HCI Ottawa around end of Oct. But, it seems they have not yet sent it to the BLS centre? Did you hear anything after? Have you tried reaching out to them?

Hey I have a very similar situation. I am seeing the same message since Oct 25. No idea what is going on. Please let me know if you hear from them.

You should get your passport back in a day or two. Have you checked your GCKey account. Can you see a counterfoil generated there? COPR number might change if they initially thought you were in Canada, but you happen to reside outside, or vice versa.

Got my passport with stamp and COPR back earlier this week. Hope you get yours soon too.

COPR expiry is linked to your medicals. So, Feb 24, 2024 will be the date of expiry when you receive the physical COPR in your hand.

Hi Daljeet, so your passport reached IRCC Delhi Visa Office on May 23rd right? There were one or two holidays in between. I think you may hear from them early next week. Have you checked other forums regarding recent turn around time at Delhi? If it is 3 - 4 weeks, you are on time.

Same with me. Got the same update on GCKey. The date is same when latest steps were completed on tracker and COPR started appearing. Paralelly, I received ready for visa email two days later.
