No, the NOC code is different. You need to show the NOC code in Schedule 15 form and employer's letter. Caring for children pathway is code 4411 Caring for high medical needs pathway is code 4412 And, it is showed on the website that you need to work 24 months after the pathway you applied.

I don't know what documents cic needs from my friend. Just family things.. You can check cic.gc.ca to find the noc code. Mine is 4411, but you better check it by yourself
