Ecas is still down for me. Is it also down for everyone else?

I can only suggest requesting an ATIP to see the notes on your file. They're free and they should take no more than a month to arrive. It seems that you should ask for notes on the file and not the file itself as apparently asking for the complete file delays the process.

Thank you for the comment. I didn't know it goes by decision made and not the test date. Many of the people who had their tests LOOOONG after me already have their passports in hand! I am do very depressed about this waiting game that I see absolutely no end in sight...

Thank you for the response! I have only had 6 trips to the US in the past three years. One of them for only 2 days. I am not sure what CBSA is or I would have submitted it. Is this something that I can acquire myself from somewhere? I'd really appreciate any guidance.

Thanks again Shaazdeh! The possibility of RQ makes me worried too because that would mean another few months before I have the oath and passport! I hope you're right and I won't get one. I don't know why I would need one either; I have accounted for every day of my absence or presence in Canada...

Thank you Shaazdeh for your responses! The officer told me I have to wait at least till January for them to be able to even check my application! And yes! I have had many trips -- short and long -- to the US. Would that matter? I have recorded and reported all of the dates of the travel though...

I did. The status still says "In Process" which is worrying me even more but even that is not prompting the officers at the CIC to give me any other information.
