Had you applied for a 2nd OWP having only received a 1 year OWP originally? Or did they just send you another one with an extra year? Chuphuc - I wouldn't worry yet, i'd expect your AOR to come in the next few weeks.

The form 5710 is on the checklist (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5556e.pdf) for the OWP. Sorry to hear though, sounds horrible. I'm still waiting on my OWP to arrive from Sept 15th application, going by previous post it'll still be a couple weeks at least.

Seems like a bit of a quirk, my AOR came Dec 15th after it being received Sept 15th so I'd guess Feb 27th for yours.
