I have submitted my fingerprints 5 times already since Dec. 2014 till today. And I tried different ways, went to different agency, ink&roll, live-scan...They are all rejected. The latest one sent in Nov 2015 and just know it got rejected again! I called FBI and they told me they can't do...

I called almost all places in Calgary, they are not sure they can print scanned fingerprints onto the card.... you said some places in which city? I'm wondering if i need to go to Vancouver to do it....
