Thanks for your reply. They are on my PR paper, as non-accompanying family members. Is that means I can't apply for my husband unless I have income in Canada at least 12 months ? if I have no income for internationally-sourced during last 12months before landing . What would happen ?

I'm immigrant to Quebec too. But I just got my visa. And my husband and daughter aren't accompanying with me. So when can I apply for them? After landing or after get pr card? I can't get a new topic and don't know why.
