Thanks ! I think I got my ITA on April 17, applied on May 5. Request letter June 4 (IELTS), in process on Aug 14.

I also got DM today. Got a ghost email on Saturday and DM today. No PPR yet. Inland FSW, AOR on May 5.

I had the same line added today - "We sent you correspondence on June 4...." That was for my IELTS certificate. Our timelines are almost identical and I would post them but I haven't figured out how to do a signature yet !

Also moved to 'in process' today.

I had the same situation. I made sure the employer letter stated continuous employment durations and listed out all the different positions and/or locations. Then I uploaded that same letter 10 times with a different org chart for each going as far back as I could find them for.
