My relative sent my pr card to me outside Canada by FedEx. I think DHL accepts that as well. Take care don't send your pr card by Canada post . Good luck .

Landed 21/05 and has not received my PR card yet. Did you call the CIC to know if they issued your pr card or not ?

Try to call CIC and ask them.You may have a good luck with cooprative agent .
