I did send a webform and they replied saying the application is still in progress and that processing times have been affected by COVID. Not sure why people who didn't even have a test date prior to all this, have now taken test while us, who had a date and got cancelled haven't heard back :(

I just sent a web form yesterday, I've been trying to call but very long waiting times. Will keep trying I guess. Tx.

Anyone with the same situation? Had the citizenship test booked pre-covid and haven't been invited to take the virtual test?

I did call once and they said just wait for the invite, that they are not following a specific order. Haven’t tried a web order.

Im from Mexico VO and got AOR on October, our Med Request was until March, so we dealt with a slow process as wel.. just be patient!! it will come!! :)
