Question po sa mga nag DM na. Bakit po wala pa ding changes once I clicked on Decision made? Hanggang medical received palang po nkalagay. Is it normal?

I sent an email couple weeks ago and they replied that it's in process for finalization but until now nothing happens.

Hello! I sent an email about a week ago to check the status of my application and they replied today, saying that your application is in process for finalization. They also indicated the 16 month processing period. Anybody here who got the same reply?
