Hi there, I'm a citizen of Canada and opening a restaurant in BC. I found an artist from Europe who could make all the interior design + paint murals and I want to invite him to Canada with a temporary work contract. Does anybody know if I need to obtain LMIA? Can I even hire a foreign artist...
