It depends on your program assistant, in my own case I got mine the same day on separate emails. However, the interval is usually within 1 - 2 days. I hope others in the forum may be able to give a better advise. All the same, good wishes!

I think the call center is limited with respect to their response, unless to check the status of one's application, as they often have to wait on relay message from the CPC-Ottawa. Generally, I will advise that one emails the CPC-Ottawa directly if there arise any concerns, and then follow-up...
