Sak - mine is the same. Any sign of your hard copy? I was praying mine would arrive this week and my roommate was gonna send it to me (still in Europe on vacation). Any idea what happens when I try to re-enter the country without the hard copy?

Still nothing Sak? Are we the last ones at this stage? This is ridiculous! I'm out of the country on vacation at the moment so technically have lost Implied Status. So I'm really worrying I wont have it by the time I return (July 12th). Have you called them recently?
