No update since 2 weeks now after 2nd ADR response sent

Mine has always remained on DIP even after 2 ADR and documentation/reply provided. No change of status

Although the letter is entirely fake, the spelling center and centre are both correct. “center” being the preferred form in American English and “centre” in British English. Both words are used to describe a central location or point and are interchangeable in meaning.

yes I just explained that the NOC in my offer letter and WP is what I applied for and not the NOC they assessed me for and they came back in a few days and said that has been corrected. But it didn't really help as they came up with another intent to refuse again. so I am on the 2nd ADR.

Hopefully everything works out for you soon. I am still waiting for their decision.

When you say you don’t have LMIA do you mean your current work permit that is about to expire is LMIA exempt work permit? Because that’s a different ball game as you can actually renew that depending on the agreement.

This is a bit tricky. Like I have had a close work permit in the past too. It's a bit different. I had my work location on additional information like yours but nothing relating to work location under conditions. Maybe because we had other work locations across Canada so the immigration agent...

is the location under condition or additional information section?? It's arguable some people will say yes others will say no but that's my opinion above.

From my research and experience, there is a difference between when it is a "condition" or "additional information" section on your work permit and people sometimes mix this up. If the location is in the "conditions" section then you must live in the location but if it is just an additional...
