Did you received the ecertificate of your kid? Did you register again for the account?

Good day! A friend of mine who applied last dec with a minor received an email about canadian register for citizenship ecertificate. The principal applicant already registered. However should that person also register separate one for the kid who is a minor < 18 yrs old? Thank you in advance !

I have inquiry when you received the registration for ecertificate do you have to register for the minor email address as well? Asking for my friend. TIA for any inputs.

We applied in person last Nov 21 in Sinclair Downtown vancouver. We received passport last Dec 5 with new design.

Yes you have to send it with naming convention on the file + name of the email header in the oath email documents sent to you. Just reply to the email that sent you the oath email instructions. Also congrats!

We did not use the picture we had because a lot happened( we lose weight) and decided to get a new passport picture and it needs to be signed by your guarantor.

We called the hotline and said our passport is approved and will be pick up on dec 5. Its just that the tracker does not show record if the given name is not a single one.

Same for me. We had applied last Nov 21. Tentative pick up for us is Dec 5,2023

Kinda busy. We went in around 9:30 pm as walk in and we roughly finished around 1:30 pm. This was last nov 21.

are you done with your oath? It will be available 2-5 days after submission of the oath form.

Yesterday, We applied in person. There's a queue for those who does not have number/pre-appointment .You need to lined up(make sure docs are ready and picture has signatory of guarantor) and get a number and once you get number you will be called and the person processing your passport will...

We did walk in just be prepare for long queues and wait times. our wait took around 3hrs.

Congrats! I think you are fine. just wait for 2-3 days probably it will reflect the status as completed. I am speaking from west office experience.

I can answer for item 2. In the email instruction there is an instruction there that says that the family can use same device provided that they will put on their name the seat no of other family before logging in zoom. ie 001/002/003
