Thats a good point to debate .....well to my understanding........ others are welcome to share their views......the extraction of these lines suggest: the service standard to complete the processing of application in 12 months now stands over.....which means the visa offices are no more...

What is the latest timeline on MR for the week that went by?

I believe CVO is still processing application with AOR received in the last week of March and few of early week of April. There are many of entire April AOR still left to have their SL updated, i guess with such speed applicant need to be patient and positive for their turn, may be end of July...
