I just checked online - my file got updated over the weekend and my oath ceremony is on April 6th. You and I wrote the test on the same day. So hopefully you'll have your date very soon as well =)

Just wrote my test in Scarborough this morning. 19/20. Interview was very quick and the officer was very nice to me. They said 2-4 months for the ceremony. I'm hoping it will be a little sooner than that. Does anyone have any experience with the Scarborough office? Cheers, B

Hey all! Nice to see applications are moving along! Question for the more experienced: I have just checked my ECAS and realized my PR application line has disappeared now (it was there all along). Does this mean anything? Or am I reading too much into things? =))) Cheers!

Hahaha exact thing happened to me yesterday. I got home and saw a package in the mail, got my hopes up only to be crushed by a 60-page Discover Canada booklet =)))

I don't believe E-CAS is responsive live time. Especially with the new website overhaul, it looks like they only update it on tuesdays.

Congrats to all those who have received their AOR! For the rest; hang in there, your time is coming soon =) I just checked my application status online today, after the weekend. It is now in process and it says they have started processing it on July 9!

I am not sure what the earlier emails looked like, but mine was fairly short. It was a one liner telling me to find an attached letter. And, of course, there was an attached acknowledgment .pdf document. Hope this helps.

Thanks! =) It was signed DL. On the Canada post website it looked like David Law or something but that is very likely to be wrong. So, I'll stick with DL =)

Hi guys, I have just received my AoR. Keep the hopes up. They are going through them all, from the looks of it!

I have. One person got an AoR today with an application received date of April 30, so did one family with an application received date of May 4. You can see those at the April timeline google doc. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post links. Let's hope the rest of the May applicants get AoRs...
