that was asked at the Delhi airport to prove the immediate relationship. the first officer in delhi didnt knew that immediate family member with COPR issued after march 18 are allowed. but they passed her to second officer who knew the recent changes in rules.

Yes she landed at Pearson, Toronto. Was pretty smooth, all they need is a quarantine plan and address for PR card. Did ask a couple of questions like who is she staying with and how long will she stay etc.
