I applied in Jan, 2015. AOR: Feb, 2015, RQed and Inprocess: at the same time, March 2015, Test and Interview: Jan, 2016 I have two applications filed for citizenship. One on basic presence and the other on physical presence after RQed. The officer was unaware of the 2nd application.

Hi, I have the same experience. I was invited without evaluating my RQ documents. However, I was interviewed and repeatedly insisted to with draw rather than to waste the officer time on the RQ documents evaluation. :o
