Since you already got your Sponsorship Approval letter, I wouldn't worry much about Sponsor side status in ECAS. Does your GCKey show reviewing of additional documents or BG Check in progress? If yes, then you are close enough to a final decision. Otherwise I'd suggest you wait for GCMS notes...
