Actually my points were updated and profile was marked ineligible as I couldn't register for job-bank in 30days of putting up my application and also now I cannot register for job-bank with code they provided earlier ... so the only option I think I have is to delete my existing application and...

Pls could you tell me from where/how to delete the existing profile ... and also if you could use the email id used in old (to be deleted profile) as well as new profile?
