Just to highlight for the benefit of the group members, I did face the issue despite e-mailing all the documents together. Anyways, following it up with them to resolve it.

I share very similar timelines as you. I am waiting to complete 90 days since TLU to raise CSE. Raising CSE, I think is helpful, as the standard reply shall at least clarify one thing, i.e. no documentation is pending from your side. How to raise CSE and where should I send e-mail. Just want to make sure nothing pending at my end. It's been approx 80 days since TLU. Any advice on how should I structure the question to get specific and informative reply.
