Hi miumiu, yes they send me a letter on aug17 asking for 5604, but why my background check go back to not needed at this time,, is it normal?

Guys,, my ecas was in process since aug 5,, when ichecked it today,, i got the 4th line asking for 5604,, but why in my cic when i checked it now it shows my background go back to not needed at this time when it was in progress since may 19? Anyone same here?

Anyone who experience this, i was ask to send a documents imm5604,, ecas in process since aug 5,, they ask me to send that documents for my kids, but what im gonna do i dont know where is their dad now, they only give me 7 days to submit,, is my mom can sign that documents for my kids because...

Just the 1st aor,, and also when they send me the 1st aor they ask me my celpip, and i submitted it may 19, and that time my BG goes to in progress,, but the thing that make me confused is my ecas,, only 2 lines,, i think everybody here their ecas has 3 lines now,? :(
