Hi Anybody having knowledge about this aplease help.We got our passport call for PR but my spouse is in india and we got 30 days to submit the passports i cant submit her passport here so whats the alternate. I emailed cic about this but 5days gone there is no reply :( please help

Hi I added my wife in my PR application and on 7th jan,16 we got our passport call.But concern is that my wife is out of canada and i mailed cic about this but 4 days gone - there is no response. Please anybody having resolution for this revert ASAP.
