don't think you will need to send one as they are only asking one for where 1, you stay longer than 6 month, 2, since age of 18. Cheers

Thanks for the confirmation. last year when I was about to send the application, I was thinking to include one anyway, but didn't do it as it took 2 weeks or more in Vancouver to get a Police Certificate, didn't want to slow the whole process. that's good to submit one, just in case.
